Appearance: He was tall for a normal ninja standing 6'5 inches. Due to years of training his body was pure muscle his face had that of a kind man but if you were to more than glance at it you could tell by the bags under his eyes and somewhat scruffy appearance and the coldness in his eyes that he was a haunted man. He would have shaggy blue hair that was somewhat spiky the blue hair would fade into bright blonde tips showing off his natural charka elements.
His eyes would be a bright blue almost seeming friendly until you gazed into them seeming to get lost in a dark blue depression of determination. He wears a Breath mask over his face, the mask allows the ninja to breathe underwater and in harsh air conditions. He doesn't wear a shirt but does have leather shoulder-pads connected by leather straps that go over his chest and back connecting to his pants. He has a large tattoo on his back, on the upper back it shows a black cloud with lighting striking down his back in a somewhat tribal pattern, on the bottom of his back right above his paints waist is a raging sea with small wooden boat in the boat is a woman depicting the woman he loves as lighting crashes down around her the woman would be holding a chain that wraps around his left side reaching to the right side were his heart is the chain having the appearance of entering his chest though the middle of a lotus flower as if it was connected to his heart. His pants would be black with white vine's running up his right leg on the bottom of his left pants leg would me a white image of the sea his sandals were the same being of a normal variety.
His Mist head band would be on his right arm worn as a bracelet slightly loose on his left hand there would a ninja hand claw which had three blades sticking out of it. He also carried a giant axe the pole would be made of metal reaching 5 in length it had only one blade which had the haiku for death inscribed in it. He chose this weapon to inspire fear in his enemy's and reminded him of old justice when people were beheaded for there crimes. He had decided that he would behead as many Akatsuki members and enemy ninja as he could.
Bijuu Chakra cloak appearance change‘s(note can go into cloak form but has no tail‘s as of yet will be edit with the number of tail‘s as he trains for them): His shaggy blue and yellow tipped spiky hair would seem to turn a pure white and lay down, making it seem as if his hair was wet. Lei’s body would also be covered in the white shroud of steam that made up the cloak it would not hurt him even in its five tailed release form the only that that showed changed in the tail’s was the appearance of another white steam tail. His eye color would not change but red line’s would appear under the eyes his skin color becoming some what paler. His clothing would not change a bit other than having the appearance of being wet due to the moisture caused by the steam.
Personality:He is a cold,heartless,grim determined person. He does not smile often and does not say much to anyone but those he considers friends all else are just in his way. Though if you are his friend he is a nice person who will always have your back never letting you down. In a social environment he may talk often it might be short it might be long but it is hardly ever sweet. What he has to say is always blunt mean and honest his language is not that well either cursing often and drinking. When drinking or drunk he can go two ways sometimes he is the friendliest person at other times he is a mean angry drunk fighting all around him. This would defy the personality of his bijuu thus creating conflict’s at time’s as he becomes more in tune with his bijuu his personality would reflect that of the Gobi he would become more patient, kind, compassionate, peaceful and wise as time went on, as his chakra mixed and molded with the Gobi’s. Making him from a blood thirsty avenger to a calm tranquil gentle giant, but both sides seeking justice.
Background: He was born in Kirigakure growing up as a child with hardly any high hope for being anything special in the ninja world not wanting to be the Mizukage in truth he didn't even look up to the Mizukage, for he thought it was a bullshit job filled with mountains of paper work. Around the age of five the Seventh Mizukage sent a few elite ninja on a mission to steal the five tailed bijuu “Gobi” the horse-whale from Iwagakure most of the ninja failed on the this mission dying, but only two had survived one being the boy’s father and the other a mist hunter-nin, that went by the name of Tetsu Konaui this man had attempted to kill his father, thus his father started a long drawn out battle for the five tailed beast his father hoping to stall for help but not being able to keep up this ninja was killed seconds before the seventh and his hunter-nin reached the area. The Mizukage reacted quick and set bout giving the traitor a swift execution on the spot, but failed when the traitor had thrown the Jar containing the Gobi’s spirit at the Mizukage running into the woods the few hunter-nin with the Mizukage went after him a few of them was killed by him and the other’s loosing his track’s the man he eventually escaped disappearing.
The bijuu Gobi was brought back to the mist village along with his father’s body, they were walking down the main street back toward the Mizukage’s building the boy was in the crowd watching what he thought was a parade for the Mizukage, the Mizukage’s face had a huge grin as he held the Jar. The boy watched smiling and getting excited for everyone was cheering, him not understanding what’s going on at the age of five thought that this was a celebration he would cheer along with the people for a good few minutes. After most of the mist ninja passed he saw a man on a stretcher this man’s body was mutilated, blood all over him his face visible only slightly. Seeing this Lei’s heart beat speed up his chest began to hurt his mind couldn’t comprehend what he saw his eye’s widen his body would break a cold sweat as he ran out to the body getting closer as he did. Lei was screaming but he couldn’t hear it his mind was elsewhere everyone got quiet as he screamed bloody murder tears ran down his face. All he could think as the Mizukage walked toward him to comfort him was why, was the Mizukage smiling why is he so happy that his father died for some jar after a few minutes, his crying stopped as the Mizukage was holding him. Lei’s mind went blank his sadness was replaced with anger his anger turned into rage his rage began to show as he was screamed at the Mizukage his voice ringing out “What’s so funny Mizukage? Do you enjoy bloodshed and killing? Are you happy my father is dead!!!” While saying this the boy’s chakra would grow fierce causing the Mizukage to back up the water on the ground from the earlier rain would lift itself up, as the boy unconsciously preformed hand signs he has seen his father had done creating water senbon and firing them at the Mizukage, who after the appearance of hitting dropped in a puddle of water that was a water clone and appearing by the boy knocking him unconscious in one swift move.
When Lei woke it was several week’s later, his body hurt he felt a weird presence in his body not knowing what it was he had attempted to set up, but feeling weak only managed a feeble attempt falling back on his pillow. The boy laid there for hour’s before a nurse had walked in to check on him, when the door opened there were two hunter-nin in mask guarding the door. The nurse that walked over to the boy was in her early twenties brown hair and pudgy, as if she sat around often her face was pudgy as well giving her the look of a chipmunk, when she smiled after she checked his vitals’ and temperature she asked in a sweet musical voice “Are you hungry little boy? Would you like anything to eat?” having almost no strength and feeling tired he simply nodded, before she began her walk out of the room he could hear as she left the door being locked. Thirty minutes later she returned with some food, this being a apple, some type of meat and some veggies all he thought as eating this was that it was the nastiest thing he had ever ate, this was when the seventh Mizukage walked in seeing the man enter the room the boy dropped his fork hearing the metal fork clang against the try and fall to the floor. Lei’s heart beat started to increase feeling as if it was going to explode in his chest, his face gave off that he was shocked and horrified as the Mizukage began to set down on the end of the bed he looked down quietly saying “What do you want?” his tone was angry and sad. The Mizukage would smile patting him on the head saying “you’re a special kid that’s why those ninja out there are going to watch you wherever you go understand?” his tone went from friendly to a serious threatening one, the Mizukage stood up slowly brushing his robe off and began to walk out as he did this he was smiling and waving at him saying “After all you are the five tailed Jinchuuriki” as the last word was uttered he had already walked out of the room. Leaving the five year old boy stunned not sure of what the Mizukage had meant all he knew was that he didn’t feel alone. The day ended quickly at the hospital the moon had begun to rise and the sun had set hours ago for some reason the boy couldn’t sleep even though he felt exhausted. Lei sat up looking out the window staring at the moon, suddenly images of his father flashed though his mind, his mother as well he hadn’t seen her since the incident with the Mizukage. The images continued to flash suddenly images of the Mizukage and a number of ninja flashed in his mind, Lei was in a place he had no memory of, as these images assaulted Lei’s mind his head began to hurt feeling pain, he placed his hands on his head and began to cry due to the pain.
The images started to become clear and went from images to a flashback like, a video on repeat he could see himself on what appeared to be a stone bed with strange marking on the stone bed making eight seals with various objects around it in a perfect circle. Candle’s and various ninja were around the stone bed, there was a jar that would be right above his head, the Mizukage was doing several hand signs and saying ancient kanji that the ritual required. While doing so the eight seals around him began to glows with radiant blue chakra. They unraveled and move towards his body the seals
covering the boy in their markings, which then formed a single seal on the his forehead. The bijuu was forcefully sucked into the seal in a gaseous effect, each piece of its massive body sucking into the seal like a vortex. Upon the final kanji spoken by the Mizukage, the
bijuu was completely absorbed by the boy the last of him disappearing though the seal on his forehead. When it was done the mark would disappear slowly fading as if it had never happened.
The boy snapped back to reality a few hours later the moon was already at the top of the sky and on its way back down. Lei was sitting there in a cold sweat, his body hurting, after a few seconds he fell back onto his pillow a wave of exhaustion hitting him hard, his body finally giving into a peaceful sleep so peaceful, he entered into a trance activating the Lucid Dream State when this happen. He appeared to be in a forest with tree’s so tall that they reached past the sky the grass would feel so soft you just wanted to lay down, his fingers ran though the grass, He closed his eyes standing up slowly before reopening them and glancing around unsure of where he was, but he could feel a presence the one he felt in the hospital when he was alone. Looking around he couldn’t see anything, so he had started to walk into the forest following his gut instinct. After what seemed like a long tedious walk he came upon what appeared to be a cage made from a giant tree the cage was basically a huge tree with a hollow in it and wooden bar’s coming down there was a piece of paper with strange marking on it this was the seal. Lei looked into the cage seeing a figure not sure what it was he took a step forward toward the cage, calling out “Who or what are you?” the Gobi hearing it’s voice would glance at the boy though the cage bar’s it’s blue eyes would glow as it walked toward the edge of the cage it approached from the light leaving the shadow’s, the light would shine on it’s body. The young boy seeing his body gasped for almost its entire body was white save for red coloring underneath its blue eyes and some tan coloration at the ends of the protrusions on its head. It had the body of horse which was covered in fur and stood on four legs. Its head however looks smooth and round like a dolphins, though it was longer and thinner. Its mouth has a large under bite that looked more reminiscent of a whale than a dolphin. On its head are four horn like protrusions that appeared as though they might be hollow, also the five pure white tail’s. The creature being unique among the tailed beasts in terms of its personality it was peaceful, wise and compassionate for when it spoke it didn’t say anything in malice it simply said in a sweet voice “I am the Gobi five tailed beast and master of steam and illusions, Who might you be young human?” before he the boy had answered, he was woken by a hunter-nin who’s hands appeared to be wet yet burned the sheets were soaked as well but the water was so hot that he jumped out of bed falling to the floor hard. This was the first encounter with the bijuu this was the beginning of Lei’s steam ninjutsu and the end of his simple life.
So Lei just did what he wanted from the beginning the hunter-nin always following him the Mizukage training him on how to control his chakra elements. The boy was given mission after mission, never turning down a mission, never failing a mission from early on he had great potential able to use water and lighting elements at a young age reaching Jonin level by the age of 10.
Lei had made a great many of friends over the years even fell in love with a girl by the age of 14. The boy had met a special girl her name being Nimiki Boage, the year went on, the girl and him continued to meet going on dates until the day the Akatsuki showed up looking for him, finding him and attempting to capture him they kidnapping his love hoping the he would come to them and would have if it hadn’t been for the Mizukage, who had found out there plan and locked the boy up so that they couldn’t find him and he wouldn‘t go to them. Since the boy hadn’t showed up the Akatsuki murdered his love taking the only thing he had loved from him and leaving biding there time waiting for the moment the mist village was weak. Even though the boy was not sure which one killed her he swore a oath over her dead body, that he would train and fight till he died or every member of the Akatsuki was dead. This gave the Mizukage and any ninja he trained with little or no time, for he trained hard not stopping until he dropped this was when he had mastered the Chakra element of wind.
At the age of sixteen Lei had mastered three Chakra Elemental Affinities and basic shape manipulation. By this time he was able to mold his chakra’s together gaining new elements such as storm and ice ninjutsu. The Mizukage had been training the boy constantly tell he dropped in the Chakra element of fire which his bijuu had a affinity to this was hard for the boy, for his body did not have a natural fire chakra affinity. All this training cause Lei to keep to himself from his friends after awhile some began acting like they never knew him anymore, others being awkward giving a simple hello. Common people begun to fear him due to his constant grim looks and his cold heartedness. That year Lei had wandered into the surrounding area and found the giant axe that became his weapon of choice. The boy had found it in a abandoned prison rusty and covered in blood from a past era. Lei had cleaned and repaired the axe restoring it to its former glory the weapon still carried the sent of blood.
At the age of 17 Lei’s older sister died on a mission due to her age she was inexperienced, he knew she did not have the skill to be a ninja, but she was stubborn and looked up to her older brother. Who thought she could show up her older brother this was her downfall. The boy’s mother now feeling lonely due to her son's lack of love and her daughters and husbands earlier death committed suicide by jumping off a cliff dying before she even hit the rocks below her heart had exploding and he was now alone no family, no friends. Lei had picked up the bottle at this age due to the stress everyone put on him and his family’s death thus making drinking a common habit even underage no one dared say a word to him.
At 18 he had become a man finally mastering the fire element though constant meditation and effort thus also unlocking the ability to use steam ninjutsu the man had also learned to extract some of the Gobi’s chakra make a chakra clock of steam although he hadn’t mastered this power and would loose control burning himself and other’s around him from time to time. A tail hadn’t even formed yet, he had been able to contact the Gobi though rigorous meditation but could not keep the contact with him for long. Lei had just begun to train using steam ninjutsu and had a feeling it was going to be a while before he could master it. With improvement in his ninjutsu skill’s and bijuu control Lei gained respect with the Mizukage and gained his permission to leave the mist village and wonder the water country, as long as he checked in regularly and showed improvement in his training each time he checked in. The man was required to have to hunter-nin follow him at all times staying in the shadows. The man had received a letter addressed telling him of a possible Akatsuki infiltration in a mountain village just outside of the north-west borders of Kirigakure, this is were the man had met Jirou Yotsuki also known as the two tailed beast but Lei did not know it at the time he just believed Jirou was random rouge ninja after his bijuu, but this man was different he couldn’t figure out what it was thus beginning a odd friendship with this man in his mind and gaining respect for the odd ninja. When Lei had come home he went straight to the Mizukage to tell him all he had seen while stayed in the village in his family's old house now shabby. He would be staying there for a few years training and visiting with the Mizukage. No one knowing when he would leave except the Mizukage some wanting him to stay others wishing he was gone when they did see him.
At the age of 19 Lei finally mastered his steam ninjutsu and even meditated to the point where he can go into the dream state often as long as he is alone in a quiet room. Thus talking with the Gobi and a attempt to tame the beast but it all seemed hopeless for the five tailed beast personality was peaceful, wise and compassionate making the use of it’s chakra cloak only useable when Lei’s life was in danger or if the use of it’s powers would be able to bring peace. It’s was not a stupid creature and setting down and talking to it was somewhat a pain for the man, for it would talk in complex sentences and bout thing’s he knew nothing off although they had somewhat of the same goal’s which were to bring peace and justice to the land, but the Gobi still refused to give up his chakra for unnecessary violence.
Weapons/Equipment: His main weapon of choice is a giant axe named "Morana" the pole would be made of metal reaching 5 in length it had only one blade which had the haiku for death inscribed in it. The blade was not a normal smooth edged blade but had jagged edges separated at bout 8 inches apart from each other the first spike being at the top the second in the middle 8 inches from the first and the last one on the bottom 8 inches from the middle or 16 from the top. Making the blade a full 24inches or two feet in length, In between each spikes is the normal smooth edged blade that the spikes protruded from at a length of seven inches. This axe due to its metal is commonly manipulated by his magnetic jutsus to make it appear to move on its own great for sneak attacks. This is a charka weapon so if he wishes he can use one of his charka affiliations to enhance the weapons. Lighting enhancement gives the axe the power to shock and numb his opponent if not electrocute them to death. Water and Wind or Ice enhancement gives the axe range for when swinging this weapon the spikes will shoot out ice spikes from the three spikes on the axe. When adding Wind enhancement the axe gains speed and sharpness able to cut though almost anything and move faster than normal.
His secondary weapon are Charka Hand Claws on his left hand. He has no name for this weapon for it isn't special but just a standard issue charka weapon. It is made of a cool black metal the each blade of claw reaches a foot in length. Wish lightning enhancement he is able to stun and shock his opponent and even Perice them can be mistaken for a mock chidori but is no where near as powerful could not stand up against a chidori or any S,B or A class blade jutsus. Water and Wind or Ice enhancement increases the length of the claws by a few feet and adds a cold touch which if held long enough will freeze a person but at a glancing blow will cause a persons body temp to drop making the tired and sluggish or slow. Wind enhancement gives the claws extra sharpness and speed if enough charka is used he can make a imitation wind slice even though its nowhere near as powerful as any wind jutsus but can be used faster.
He was recently given the spear "Otegine" This spear has no length for just pouring a slight amount of chakra into can make it extend in length wildly. This spear he has yet to master. It is made of the same chakra metal as all his weapons but the shaft of the spear or pole extends when you pour normal chakra in it. The tip of the spear is pointed to Perice into enemy's but instead of the normal triangle look on the bottom it comes out farther and than curves back in giving the tip a hook. Which is used to grab things things even people and un-extending the pole dragging himself or whatever he is connect to the spear toward him. The head of the spear although still chakra metal is not a dark steal color but a dark white color not gray but a less shiny white metal.
He carry's around a large amount of Gas/smoke grenades, When the pin is pulled on this grenade, the result is a large explosion and the release of gas think black gas that can not be seen though with out special eye jutsu's this gas also cause's his enemy to hallucinate and see there worst fears.
Animal familiar(tool):Is a male raven named Taku. He is larger than normal ravens with wind span of 3 feet and from claw to head stands bout 2.5 feet tall on each claw are sharp metal claws specially made for him alone with a metal spike on his face resting on his top beak. He is nearly all black except for a small streak of dark blue hardly noticeable surrounding his right eye and right side of his head like a mask. He can speak english and a few other languages he is 20 years of age given to him at birth by his father.

Taiutsu style: Champuru Kendo takes bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and making up the rest as he fights his opponents, make him a force to be reckoned with.
Bijuu Form’s:
Incomplete Form: When the incomplete form is activated, Lei is covered in a cloud of steam. No tail’s appear at his current level but as his training continues each tail will slowly grow until he reaches the five tail’s limt where he would than have to go into complete form only after the five tail’s are obtained in the incomplete form.
The steam cloud burns an opponent who touches it, much like fire. It is hotter than the Nibi's chakra shroud but cooler than the Yonbi's .
Complete Form(has not obtained this it is just for reference): Lei makes a praying motion, and white chakra flows outwards and forms a replica of the Gobi around Lei. The ground for about two meters around the Gobi is covered in thick steam, completely blocking the view of the opponent. It also mildly burns the opponent should he touch it.
Once a battle, the Gobi can let out a huge series of geysers of steam from the ground in a straight line to burn the opponent.
It can use only Steam, Water or Fire Elements
Jutsus:
Baku Suishouha: Is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, He will expel water from his mouth. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.
Chidori - A large amount of concentrated Lightning Nature Chakra wraps around Lei's hand. He can then slice through or impale objects at will. Chidori has many variations such as Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Senbon, Chidori Sharp Spear, etc. These varionts will be detailed in battle.
Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu: technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth as if he was blowing a leaf off it, He will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way.
jishaku Ninpou is a Ninjutsu technique: Which mixes lighting and wind this grants him the ability to magnetize iron. He can also manipulate common shinobi weapons and almost anything metallic.
Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Kangekiha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. He will first create a protective wall of water using his Suijinheki jutsu. He will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through.
Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Elements. He creates wind raven's which he can launch at his opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. Similar to a clone jutsu they take on the shape of his raven.
Reizaa Tenshou: is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Water and Lightning Elements making storm. He creates a lazar like charka wall that he can move at will changing the shape and size of it even transforming it into a prison if the ninja in unlucky enough to get caught in it. Destroys everything it touches can be countered easily with Shakuton - Scorch techniques a mixture of fire and wind.
Jutsu's learned though training:
Suishouha: is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. He does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water appear to materialize out of nowhere when in fact he is causing the moister in the air to condense and become water. The water can then be directed at his target.
Summon Acephalous: (headless) monsters who had eyes and mouths on their chest they are cannibals and will not miss a opportunity to eat a defeated enemy. He has made pact with there tribe Blemmyes able to summon one to several at a time often there appearance is naked with primitive weapons sometimes wearing a loin cloth. They have amazing chakra but lack hardly and intelligence to perform jutsu so there chakra overflow is channeled into there body giving them enhanced strength and speed. Weapons are normally Clubs and Spears some time one may have a sword but only if that one had killed someone for it very rare that one should appear.
Vapore soffio: Is a Steam based ninjutsu that is activated though hand signs than released out of the mouth and/or nose causing this ninjutsu to be used for defense or attack breathing out of the mouth and or nose will cause a blast of steam to hit his opponent causing severe burn’s. Breathing out of just the nose will cause a small shroud of steam to cover his body and prevent any body from seeing him or getting near him physically.
Kajousatsu: is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Steam Element. To utilize this technique, Lei will first form the needed hand seals. He will then create spheres of evaporating gas. When one of the spheres comes into contact with an enemy, it will heat their insides, causing the water in their body to instantly evaporate and leave them a withered husk.
Fuoco mani: Is a Fire based Ninjutsu it is activated with several hand sign’s, than the user would bring his hands to his mouth breathing fire on them, the fire is than controlled by the user’s chakra a simple break in concentration can cause the fire to go out or burn the user’s hands. This ninjutsu is best used when your enemy has no way to dodge for it burn’s a lot of chakra to maintain.
